Mother’s Day was yesterday - the day we all take the time to acknowledge our mother’s, express appreciation, and so forth.

However, how often is it that we acknowledge others who do something nice for us or just do their job very well?

After I’ve written a few complaints on Planet Feedback, I wrote my first positive today for a company/individual. I’m almost ashamed to say I used such a powerful tool for only negative reasons in the past.

I hope we can all learn to make the effort to praise and thank those who impress us as much as we complain about the ones who botch products and services.
