I’m trying out some new blogging tools since I now have 5 blogs I am trying to keep updated.

First Impressions

The first one that caught my eye was the ScribeFire plugin for Firefox. Very convenient since it runs in your web browser, but unfortunately it seems to lack Wordpress keyword support and easy adsense insertion - and since it’s a plugin you really can’t add more plugins for it. Should be very helpful for adding quick posts about websites though.

The new standard seems to be Windows Live Writer, though this is one more app that will delay my migration to Linux. Plugins abound, and it supports wordpress very well. This post is actually made with Live Writer.
